Emotional
- Birth debrief and space to reflect on your experience
- A non-judgemental sounding board for any concerns, worries, or challenges you may be facing
- Simple breathwork and calming techniques to help support emotional wellbeing and ease anxiety
Physical
- Informed guidance on supporting your physical recovery after pregnancy and birth
- A supportive companion for your first walk or outing with your baby
- Gentle postnatal yoga-based movements and stretches, when appropriate
Practical
- Light household tasks such as food shopping, running errands, loading or emptying the dishwasher, tidying, and baby’s laundry
- Preparing simple, nourishing and comforting meals
- Caring for your baby while you shower, rest, or take a short nap
Information
- Up-to-date information aligned with NHS, UNICEF and WHO guidance on infant care, including feeding, responsive routines and safe sleep so you can make informed parenting choices
- Knowledge of local support groups, children’s centres, and parent–baby classes
- Signposting to trusted healthcare specialists such as pelvic floor physiotherapists and lactation consultants
Pricing
Postnatal Planning
£30 per hour (1-hour session) - Zoom or in-person.
An antenatal session to explore your preferences around feeding, sleep, and early parenting, helping you feel prepared and confident ahead of your baby’s arrival.
Single Doula Session
£30 per hour - minimum booking: 3 hours per session
Doula support in your home as you recover and adjust to life with your newborn.
Package 1 - 18 hours
£513 (5% discount)
18 hours of in-home support, typically spread across 6 sessions.
Additional, telephone support between sessions.
Package 2 - 24 hours
£648 (10% discount)
24 hours of in home doula support, typically spread across 8 sessions
10% discount continues to applies if more than 24 hours booked.
Postnatal planning session included.
Telephone support between sessions.
