About Me

I’m based in North London, where I live with my partner, our two children, and dog. My journey into postnatal support began with my own experience of motherhood, which opened my eyes to the gaps in postnatal care in the UK and sparked a passion to support families through the fourth trimester. After the birth of my second baby, I chose to step away from my corporate career and retrain as a postnatal doula with Younique Postnatal.

Alongside my doula work, I am an NCT-trained breastfeeding peer supporter. I am also a qualified pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, which allows me to draw on gentle, restorative practices to support your healing and wellbeing.

I am committed to ongoing learning, ensuring my care reflects the latest evidence in postnatal wellbeing and baby care. My aim is to provide compassionate, evidence-informed support so you feel confident, grounded, and nurtured as you adjust to life with your new baby.

I am registered with Doula UK, and you can view my profile here.

Areas covered & contact

I support families across North and East London, primarily within Haringey, Hackney, Islington and Enfield. I’m happy to travel to other London boroughs, with a small additional fee for areas further afield.
